Delete your data

If you can, sign in first — then we know it’s you right away. If you can’t sign in, use the email address on your account below, and we’ll write to it to check.

You can remove MadeThese from your Instagram or Facebook settings, under Apps and websites. That stops the connection. To delete what MadeThese has stored, also send the request above.

• We check the request is from you. If you weren’t signed in, we email the address on your account first.
• If there’s money in your wallet that you haven’t tipped, we refund it to your card.
• If you have a membership, we cancel it, so you won’t be charged again.
• Within 30 days, we delete your account and sign-in, your profile, your comments, reactions and follows, your suggestions, and your wallet.
• If you’re an artist, we also delete every piece you uploaded (originals too), your site, your catalog details, and everything your AI helper learned from you.
• Copies in our backups are gone within about 30 days after that.
• We email you when it’s done.

• Records of payments (the amount, the date, and Stripe’s ID for it), for as long as tax and money laws require. Your name is taken off them where the law allows. Stripe keeps its own records too.
• Tips you gave still count for the artist who got them — but without your name.
• Reports about illegal content, when the law says we must keep them.

• Artists: download your work first — Studio → Settings → Your archive packs every original and every detail. (See export.)
• Only want some things gone? You can delete your own comments any time, and artists can remove any piece in the Studio. For anything else, just ask.
• Joined the waitlist? Ask us, and we’ll take your email and name off it.
